The only time ive ever gotten any autos was last year when i went with my little league team.It was the stockton ports vs the San Jose Giants.Me being a giants fan only got the SJ autos.I got nine players plus one that it was his last day before moving up..i got all of them on one ball.

Autos I've gotten at games:
Ernie Banks, Matt Clement, Nomar Garciaparra, Billy Williams, Matt Murton, Ryan Dempster, John Mabry, Sean Marshall, Jacque Jones and maybe a couple others but I can't think right now.

Its worth a shot lol.So before a game is the best time?I would think so for bonds because when he gets pinch runners and stuff he goes to the lockerroom,and probably leaves from there...maybe right after or before BP?

Bonds give's auto's during interleague games when they go to american league ball parks. Before the game.
I have gotten Tony gwynn, Steve Garvey, Kevin Mitchel, Nick Swisher, Denny Neagle, Orlando Cepeda (ball, bat, hat), Time Worrell, Bobby Bonds Jr (barry's brother), Reid Ryan (nolan's son), Benny Agbiani, and a few other's.

I heard a commercial for the Rockies last week that said to show up an hour and a half before the game on Sundays and the players sign... maybe they have something similar in SF...

I got Tom Glavine and Tim Spooneybarger before the game in Atlanta about 2-3 years ago. After the game I got John Smoltz' autograph. A guy at my church knows Khalil Greene's parents, so he was able to get me a signed ball by Khalil Greene.

the tigers have a TigerFest every winter right before camp starts in town. most of my autographs came from there. only certain players sign so many times. Rogers,Ordonez,and I-Rod did one hour, Verlander and Zumaya did 2 hours, etc. players sign for one hour at 5 stations and then switch. maybe San Fran has one of those that Barry might do.

When I was a kid getting an autograph at a major league ballpark was great or atleast the attempt. I dont have alot.
Now that I am older I have found something much better, I am a huge Minor league fan now. I live about 10 miles from the Potomac nationals in VA and it is great. I have a 2005 team signed ball: Frank diaz, Kory Casto, Josh Whitesell, mike O'Connor just to name a few and a 2005 team signed bat. This year I have two ticket stubs signed by John patterson and Brian sniedier (sp). I am woring on a ball and a helmet. I have also gone to the other teams for auotgraohs and have nolan riemold's and garret olsen's (frederick keys) and jed Lowrie (wilmington Blue Rocks). It is so much easier to get them to sign, that and the thrill of not knowing who wil lbe the next superstar.

I have gotten Lew Ford, Terry Mulholland and Grant Balfour at the Dome before games.
they usually sign after infield practice(30-35 mins before gametime) Also, there is a link on most teams' websites that lists player apperances. I've gotten Juan Rincon, Terry Tiffee and even Tony Oliva at Twins-related events.

I have gotten Greg Maddux, Mark Prior, Kerry Wood, Carlos Zambrano, Sean Marshall, Glendon Rusch, Derek Lee, Todd Walker, Nomar, Ryne Sandberg, Matt Clement, Moises Alou, Michael Barrett, Frank Thomas, Eric Chavez, Barry Zito, Jason Kendall, Mike Sweeney, Fergie Jenkins, Jeromy Burnitz, Jon Garland, Jermaine Dye, Freddie Garcia, Shawon Dunston, and Corey Patterson.
It helps if you have little kids since most players will sign for little kids over adults. During BP. |

You may or may not be interested, but I got the regular and gold Ohlendorf Bowman cards. LMK either way.
And on subject, I only go to a few Twins games a year (Not looking like I'll get down there this year, though) and I have gotten Terry Mulholland, Torii Hunter, Brad Radke, Bobby Kielty, and Nick Punto.
